i finished 90 days of turbo jam and i am just so amaized at how much my body has changed and i fit into all my clothes so much better and in fact i had to get rid of some of my jeans because the were More ...
i finished 90 days of turbo jam and i am just so amaized at how much my body has changed and i fit into all my clothes so much better and in fact i had to get rid of some of my jeans because the were so huge on me and just a few months ago i had to wiggle just to get into them!..i am 4 weeks into the P90X program and i am already seeing more muscle definition in my arms and legs and i have actually NEVER had any muscle definition in my entire life! and i feel great and i have more confidence and i am smiling more and i have less headaches and i am so happy that i had joined beachbody that i decided to become a coach and hope to encourage others to take the same journey i did!
