I am simply amazed at my results so far. Yes I say so far because I've got another 15 pounds to go to reach my goal. I started using TMT in Mid-August Day one was 8/11 the day I received it! I have been very committed to the program starting with one TMT a day and very quickly moving to 3 a day by the end of the first week. Decide Commit Succeed are truly perfect words to focus on when using the videos. That's just what I did. I notice results right away. I had more energy and more of a positive attitude right away. As I progressed through the TMT program I reduced my calorie intake to 1250 a day and started eating clean adding in my Activit supplements in September (after I finished a bottle of over the counter supplements)Activit made a difference I KNOW! A week after taking them I noticed my weight loss would sometimes be an extra 1/2 pound a week. At least I think I can contribute that to the Activit. The timing was there! I added in ShawnT's Hip Hop Abs on days when TMT worked on Abs. Just to boost my results. I started Tony's Power 90 Master Series on October 23 beginning with P90 1-2 and continuing with HHA's on alternating days. On November 13 I moved on up to P90 3-4 and it was definitely what I needed. I weighed myself on 11/13 and had lost a total of 28 pounds and took my 'after' picture. I am really thrilled to find Beachbody. The people here are terrific and the boards are key to success!
