More statistics| ChristyJean After a very active number of years, I am into my 30's now and my activity level has dwindled and the pounds have been slowly coming on. I find that I have pretty good dedication to working out but I have identified a couple of areas in my life that need a bit of a makeover (going out with friends and binge eating).
