More statistics| Christykay I just turned 45 years old. I feel like I am in ok condition but would like to tone and loose fat especially in those problem areas. I have worked out using cardio kickboxing at least 3 times a week for the past four years, but feel like my body has not made changes. This is why I am looking forward to trying something new and more intense to take my body to the next level! | ?
