During the past year, I have been working on a special project for my company, traveling all over the country. While this could sound very exciting to some people, the reality was that my lifestyle wasn’t exactly as glamorous at it sounds. Waking up at 3 am to drive to the airport in the middle of rush hour to take a flight, changing planes, waiting at airports, getting rental cars and driving in new cities, staying in a different hotel every single night, eating alone in restaurants or ordering room service while still working on her laptop and coordinating the flights for the next day, checking on her children miles and miles away… Stress, sleep deprivation and starvation trying to keep a slim body were not working on my favor. My belly started to look rounder, my pants started to fill tighter and I even had ‘love handles’! I had no energy to go to the gym.
One morning, I woke up in my hotel room, had a coffee and a plain toast, turned the TV on and started to work on my laptop when I saw Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer. I loved the positive energy he had. I said to myself: "I can take 10 minutes for myself and give it a try. What can I lose?" The answer to that was... Nothing! Before the infomercial was over, I already was on the phone ordering Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer.
By the time I got back from my business trip, the package was already in my house and the very next day, I started the program. By the end of the first week, I’ve already lost 4 Lbs. and started to feel great. By working out and eating (YES! Eating!!) a healthy diet, I have a lot of energy, flexibility, sleep much better, feel less stressed and best of all, my pants fit lose and that was after only 10 days into the program. I was hooked! I contacted my coach and asked him about becoming a trainer to coach others to achieve the results I did. He explained me that Beachbody has his own coaching program and you can make some really good money while losing weight and staying fit. I was a little skeptical in the beginning; I have tried other companies in the pas, where I had to spend thousands in products and being out there on your own trying to market them just to end up using the products myself because I felt alone and didn’t get the support and encouragement I needed to start a business. I carefully looked at the information my coach sent me and it all made sense. Again, there was nothing for me to lose, all to gain. So I made the decision to join Beachbody as a coach. Let's get started, get fit, help others acheive their goals fitness goals and make money while doing it!
After completing 10 Minute Trainer for 10 days, I was able to fit in my old jeans. It felt so good and sexy! Now, I am going for the next level: P90X. Can't wait to write my experince and post my results. Stay with me! I'm going to do it!

UPDATE:
I have tried Toni’s 10 Minute Trainer's Lean Jean. I was amazed of the results in just 10 days!! I conformably fit in my jeans... no more fight legs and fat hanging of the sides. I got great compliments from my friends at a party, but still I wanted to get my abs ripped and more muscle definition. So I ordered P90X. Love it. I'm on my second week now (3/17/09). It is unbelievable. I have never seen anything like this before. The exercises are amazing. It's all about muscle confusion. P90X is continually challenging my body with this technique. P90X comes with 12 different workouts and 3 variety of programs. I have chosen P90X Lean, which is designed for more cardio and less resistance for maximum weight loss.

3/18/09: Day 14 into P90X, I've lost:
Chest: 1 1/2 inches
Waist: 1 inch
Hips: 1/2 inch
Legs: remain the same.

Nutrition: 5 meals a day replacing one meal with a nutriciously delicious shake!
