I've been working out since around January 2003. Back then, I was 167 pounds and 21% body fat. However, since then I've never gotten the results that I was looking for. We have had a treadmill, a weight bench, and now a brand-name exercise machine.
In the fall of 2007, I saw the infomercial for P90X. Of course, I was skeptical. I've seen lots of such things and didn't believe 'the hype.'

In the fall of 2007, I saw the infomercial for P90X. Of course, I was skeptical. I've seen lots of such things and didn't believe 'the hype.' Since I'm an early riser, I saw it over and over again and got very curious. I read tons of reviews on P90X and finally got it as a gift in 2007.
2008 started out really well. After 9 weeks into P90X, I had dropped down to 149 and was 17% body fat. Regrettably, I fell ill in the 10th week and 'fell off the wagon' so to speak. Since then, I've continued to work out periodically, but am back to where I was prior to P90X.
Recently, I realized that if my body is a temple, and if the Lord is to use me in the most efficient manner possible, I need to be in peak condition. I've been getting myself ready and starting 7/20, I'm back on P90X. My goals are simple: drop between 8 and 10% body fat, be able to do 20 consecutive pullups, and be able to do every move in every exercise in Ab Ripper X.
