En el pasado creia que mientras menos comidas al dia hiciera seria mejor para mantenerme en forma. Y desarrolle hipoglicemia. Entonces entendi el porque de mi falta de energia, ese sue~no pesado que me dejaba todo el dia en baja, debilidad, mal humor etc. Aprendi a comer de 5 a 6 veces al dia (saludablemente) y a ejercitarme con regularidad.
