I was overweight and unhappy with myself. Then I found Insanity! I was an athlete in high school and after I got married and happy, I did what a lot of people do. I gained weight after my 2 kids, and lost my desire to be healthy. Now, because of Insanity combined with my coach, I am a new person with over 40lbs gone I now love to help people out of that same place I once was!
