Bio before Insanity: Let's see, how to start. I'm 34 and am happily married with 2 wonderful kids,4 and 13. I have always been active in sports and loved to work out but over the past years with kids and getting busy, I've let it sit on the back burner. I've been inconsistent for the past 4 years and i'm finally tired of it. My husband is always in good shape and never says a word to me when I am heavier than normal, always says I'm beautiful, so I want to show him how much I appreciate him by making this happen! Bio after Insanity: Where do I begin? I will tell you! I made the choice! I made up my mind that there were no more excuses and I was going to make it happen finally! And ya know what? I did it and am currently doing it! I just started my 2nd round of Insanity and I still love it! Advice to others, don't get discouraged and push through. I didn't lose but maybe 2 lbs until about the last week of Month 2, then once I finally got my eating dialed in that's when things began to change! Now the weight is falling off and those muscles I worked so hard to tone and build are starting to show! I love it! They really do mean dig deep and push through. I think the best thing is to stay focused and realize it won't happen over night! I am now about 12 weeks from the day I got off my butt and it's so true 12 weeks is when it really starts to show! I love this program! And a HUGE thanks to my coach, she was amazing and helped tremendously! Now I'm ready to help anyone willing to let me help!
