They affect not only the way we look and the way we feel about ourselves, but also our health, in more ways than we are willing to admit. Unfortunately, once we start on this path, it is extremely hard to turn around. I know. I walked down this path, perhaps to the very end. It started with naïve neglect and bad habits, went through extra 30 pounds, then severe depression, and finally cancer. The fact that you are here means that you already made the first step towards New You! It isn’t a difficult step but a very important one because it means that you are ready. The most difficult task is to stay focused. Stick to your plan even if you falter. So many people quit as a result of occasional blunder. So what that after two weeks of disciplined exercise and diet you go crazy one day and eat 5 doughnuts for breakfast. Not everything is lost. Forget the doughnuts and get back in the game. You are in the right company here. You have the support of people who know the struggle and its benefits. You have professional advice on the right diet and exercise program. You have tools like videos, equipment, and dietary supplements. You have coaches who will keep you motivated and even electronically kick your butt if necessary ;)
I noticed that often the concept of healthy diet and exercise produces the same reaction as a prospect of a root canal but it really doesn’t have to. It’s all in the attitude! So get in the game! Explore healthy diets! Challenge yourself! Laugh at your mistakes! Have fun! Together, we can do it!

I had been overweight and unhappy for so long, I forgot how good it feels to be fit. Now that I see the difference, I don’t ever want to go back. Unfortunately, I had to fall very low to realize that if I want to stick around for a little longer, I have to take care of myself. Now, I eat right, exercise regularly and take my vitamins and supplements. I feel great! I cannot take the full credit for my transformation. I had a great support system along the way.
