O Fallon, MO I'm a 25 yr old hairstylist with a 5 year old. I gained the right amount for being pregnant and lost it pretty fast by running 4 to 5 days a week. Then I would plateau, and became lazy and got up to 145 lbs (I'm only 5'1" so that's a lot!). I started running again, plateaued at 120 lbs, about 20% body fat. So I started using the P90X, and within the first 4 weeks, I was I'm a 25 yr old hairstylist with a 5 year old. I gained the right amount for being pregnant and lost it pretty fast by running 4 to 5 days a week. Then I would plateau, and became lazy and got up to 145 lbs (I'm only 5'1" so that's a lot!). I started running again, plateaued at 120 lbs, about 20% body fat. So I started using the P90X, and within the first 4 weeks, I was noticing a HUGE difference. I have gotten lazy again, and moved into my own place and started eating like crap because it's cheaper. Now, I'm ready to get back on track! I've started my workout routine once again. I've given up cigarettes and Red Bulls so I can buy healthy foods and Shakeology, so I'm on way to be ripped and healthy once again!

Most of my life I've had weight issues. I remember someone in first grade rubbing my belly and saying I looked pregnant. And then I was made fun of for my weight for a long time after that! Once in high school I started to lose the weight, got into shape, and looked great (was 14% body fat)! Then I became pregnant in 2005. I gained the right amount (35 lbs), and lost it within 4 months after having her, and more (40 lbs), due to running (the first time I even thought about running). Six months after my wonderful daughter was born I ran a marathon relay. I went to cosmetology school and started to gain some weight. Afterwards I didn't have a job for about 6 months, and I became somewhat depressed and was drinking too much so I ended up gaining all the weight I put off after my baby! Once I got a job though, and started building my business, I began gaining more confidence and wanting to lose weight and be healthier. I started running again, but was plateauing, and my friend told me about P90X, so I decided to give it a try! I did the whole program about a year ago, along with running at least 5 days out of the week. I got a little bit off track at the beginning of the year with moving to a new home and be stressed out about different things, but I DEFINITELY back on track. I caught it before it could get bad this time!! AND I've quit smoking altogether! I'm not only doing this for my own health, but so I can be around for my daughter for as long as possible! I'm hoping, too, that it can give her a healthy background so she can grow up not having the issues I had.
