38 married, father of three boys. I'm a research scientist with a pharmaceutical company right outside of Raleigh, NC. I've never been a skinny guy, but one day about three years I woke up and I had reached 260lbs. I tore my ACL playing church softball and realized that if I didn't start doing something I would just keep doing things like this.
