I have been involved in sports all my life. I played soccer and ran track and field; I am a sprinter. It was in college at Penn State that I learned about building muscle to help me in track and field.

Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I sustained an injury that side lined me from any sports related activity. Needless to say I put on the pounds along with the sedentary life.
