I have been semi-obssessed with fitness over the last year. I've lost over 80lbs and now have more energy,than ever before. P90X, Insanity and Beachbody has made me young again! I will be running in my first 5k in May, 2012.

My transformation started in January of 2010. My wife, mom, and I challenged each other to a biggest loser contest. By June I had lost 70lbs. I maintained that loss fairly well, but had gained some back. My wife gave P90X for Christmas, and I started the Lean Program in January 2011. I followed that up with a Classic round, a P90X+ round, and Hybrid round. I recently finished 60 days of Insanity and am now doing P90X2. Beachbody has changed my life, and I love sharing it with others!
