Even though I'm young, I've always been a big guy. All throughout my schooling I had never been in great shape. My weight peaked after graduating from high-school at 288; and while I may be a tall guy at 6'5, was still horrendously heavy for me. I didn't have any energy, felt bad about the way I looked, and as a result, my mood, friendships, relationships, and quality of life
