Hi all, , my name is Harrison! I am a husband, father of two, a military man and a Beachbody Coach and a P90X Certified Trainer!
I'm updating my bio today Aug 30, 2013 so please read it all so you can see how things have been going for me!
I started my Beachbody journey about 2 years ago and I've loved every second of it! Before I started I had just came off some knee and back injuries/surgeries. Needless to say I was at what I thought was at my lowest point. But thigs got worse from there! Due to my lack of phisical I started having other medical problems; specifially dealing with my heart!!
This heart condition scared the heck out of me! Not only was I 250 lbs and out of shape, my heart was giving out on me! And after my last episode I decided to make that change!
I already had started P90X in the past, but had never finished it. And it wasn't because I didn't beleive in the program, it was about lack of motivation.
As a military man and someone who played competitive sports in the past I could tell that P90X was the real deal! From the day 1 I could tell that P90X was going to get it done!
I can honestly say that those 90 days were amazing! I struggled a little bit the first month or so. But it was because I still didn't have the support. And that's when I decided to join TBB. That's when everything changed! Immediately I met a wonderful group of folks that pushed me, motivated me and held me accountable. And not only that, they showed my how to really get it done!
After my first 90 days I loss close to 30 lbs!! And I haven't looked back! Since that first round of P90X I've done rounds of Insanity, Turbo Fire, Tai Cheng and I've done a couple more rounds of P90X. And right now I'm doing a round of T25! And it has been a wonderful experience! After this round of T25 I will be moving on to P90X2!!
Since I started a couple of years ago I've lost around 70 lbs and I feel better than ever!
I decided to become a Beachbody Coach around May 2012. Been a Coach has been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done! I love helping and motivating people! And there is no better feeling than the one I get after helping someone reach their goals! That is something that I will never get tired of!
Also, as of July 2013 I am a Certified P90X Trainer!!! I'm very excited about this! Like I mentioned before, I truly love helping and motivating folks and what better way to do it than hands on! This is one thing that I've always wanted to do and I am ready to help people truly achieve their fitness goals.
But I can honestly say that my journey is not over! I will continue on this path doing all I can to not only keep myself healthy but all of those around me!
Hopeully my story and my dedication can inspire some of you out there!

Loss 5 lbs and built some great muscles. Now I want to shed a little extra fat and get some more muscle definition! Time to FOCUS!!
