Lancaster, SC I was fairly active in college and used to swim 5 miles and run 35 a week. I biked several hundred miles a week and did double centries on the weekends. When I hit 28 I had an accident that flattened two disks in my back and piched my siatic nerve. I had over two years of physical therapy but was not able to get back to my lifestyle. I found a chiropractor that has spent three years working on I was fairly active in college and used to swim 5 miles and run 35 a week. I biked several hundred miles a week and did double centries on the weekends. When I hit 28 I had an accident that flattened two disks in my back and piched my siatic nerve. I had over two years of physical therapy but was not able to get back to my lifestyle. I found a chiropractor that has spent three years working on my spine in order to fix the damage. I am overweight and am looking to lose 50 pounds or 15 inches in my waist by 12/31/11. So I finished up on 12/31/11. Overall weight loss is 15 pounds, 8 inches in the belly, 7 inches in the hips, 4.5 inches in the chest,13.2% body fat lost and now my blood pressure is 145/83. The next task is to complete P90X2 my goal is to weigh 195 pounds, get my waist down to a size 38, get my chest down to a size 46 and have my body fat around 15% by March 30, 2012. Here is the latest update: I have combined Les Mills Pump with P90X2 on 1/11/2012 as I really need to work on my upper body strength. Okay, I finished up X2 and am now doing TURBO FIRE. My goal is to have my waist down to a size 36, my belly down another 5 inches, body fat down to 14.5%, take off another 15 pounds and my chest down to a 46 by May 5, 2012. I made the goal for my chest. No such luck on the waist but I did knock off a lot of belly fat. Then I got a nasty 2cd degree burn on my arm in a kitchen accident with a pressure cooker. So I had to have a totally different approach to exercise because I could not use my left arm very much. I have spent the past 2 months doing yard work, moving mulch piles, pruning trees, cutting grass, trimming hedges, ect. It has finally healed and I am doing REV ABS for the next 90 days. Time to chisel away at the briskit. I am trying to eliminate wheat from my diet and we shall see if that will allow me to get under 200 pounds. Once the weather cools off some I need to get back on the bicycle.

So I've completed 30 days on the program and I achieved my goal of lowering my blood pressure. So now I had to set a new one. Now my goal is to lower my blood pressure to 120/80. I've achieved 67% of lowering my body fat goal. Now lets see what the next 30 days has in store. So I finished up on 12/31/11. Overall weight loss is 15 pounds, 8 inches in the chest, 7 inches in the hips, 4.5 inches in the chest,13.2% body fat and now my blood pressure is 145/83. I've completed X2 and got my body fat down to 15.5%. My chest size increased 4.5 inches and my weight went up 5 pounds. I took one week off and on 3/4/2012 started "TURBO FIRE". I've been doing P90X exercises for over 5 months so now its time to shock the body with something different. I need some cardio. So now we'll see where the next transformation leads us. My goal is to get my waist down to 34 inches or so. I am trying to get my weight down to under 200 pounds. I will start bicycling since the weather is now turning a little warmer and that should help me get to where I want.
