Many of you can probably relate to this, but I was always the fat kid.
In 2003, I started a journey toward becoming a Naturopathic Physician. The more I learned about health and nutrition, the more I realized I needed to make some changes. Earlier this year I saw an infomercial for P90X and I was hooked. Knowing that I was too out of shape to even begin such an intense program, I spent two months training and getting my pudgy body used to some exercise.
Four weeks into my P90X routine, I had lost 10lbs and was wearing pants I hadn't worn in over a year. Unforunately, life got in the way, as it often does, and I had to stop my training in August.
It's now October 1st and I've started my P90X Lean program with renewed vigor! I've got some new tools to help me this time, too: I setup my P90X Chin-up bar, am following the nutrition plan more closely, and have a team of local people to motivate me, not to mention an amazing coach.

Day 30 FOUR inches! I lost four inches off my waist and I feel great! You can really see it in my side pictures! My weight didn't really change a whole lot, but I can feel my body starting to change. Can't wait to see what happens in the next 30 days!
11/19/07 -- Due to illness and life getting in the way, I've had to redo my weeks 5 and 6. I'm not giving up!
