In June 2010, I weighed 205 lbs at 5'10'', with terrible eating and exercise habits. I felt like garbage, even if it wasn't always on a conscious level. I finally woke up and got back into shape. Now I aspire to stay awake indefinitely, and only improve upon my own personal fitness. I am a social person by nature and by surrounding myself with other motivated people, I know that I will greatly enhance my chances of long-term success. No more excuses. No more procrastination. The time is now.
