I have played some type of sport since I was 10 years old - mostly non-contact sports as my parents had a fear of me getting hurt. At 6'3", I was never able to get over 125 lbs in high school, and not be able to get over 150 lbs in college. A co-worker at a prior job introduced me to the world of fitness and weight lifting. Now I just cannot complete my day without some sort of fitness regimen.

After completing 2 weeks of the P90X regimen, I am already seeing and feeling results. I have not lost much weight, but the strength gains and muscle development is awesome. After this 3rd week, will get to shred the body fat - stay tuned...

Starting the 3rd week of phase 2 of P90X, and can see the cuts in the muscles, especially in the stomach. 6-pack is definately starting to reveal itself once again. Bodyfat down to 14.8%, and weight down to about 200lbs. Even though want to gain weight, will shed pounds to reduce the bodyfat first.

Am into another weight resistance phase, and did not realize the burn and muscle gain that was possible. I am seeing the body fat continue to drop, and becoming more vascular (more veins showing) within the muslces. The lower body seems harder to develop, but will continue to work at it. Ab ripper is the best - "hate it, but love it" (Tony Horton) says it all.

I have finished the P90X regimen, and took a month off to recuperate. Now am going to start with heavy weights and the cardio and ripper portions of P90X as part of my routines.

Ok...did the weights and finishing up the regimen.  P90X was great, now it's time to tackle the P90X Plus...Let's do this.
