I'm a 27 year old father of two, with a beautiful wife and two little girls. I've been overweight most of my life, and after my second daughter was born I realized that as soon as my age caught up to my weight, I was going to die of a heart attack at age 33. I came to realize the cold truth that I was never going to see my two year old get married! So here I am. I topped out at 342

My highest weight was 342lbs. I worked out consistently at a gym for upwards to three hours a day, and eventually plateaued. No matter how hard I worked, the changes just wouldn't come. I got P90X because I was ready to finally get the results I was working for! I'm down about 75 lbs. from my highest weight, and getting stronger and faster every week. I can't wait to see what's possible next!
