I have been fit and active for the past 5 years. Two years ago, a friend showed me P90X and I was hooked. Loved Beachbody since. I have completed P90X twice, Insanity twice, P90X2, and T25. I am currently doing Body Beast, and my goal is to put on 15 lbs of muscle. I am more than happy to help you with any of your fitness/ nutrition questions!
