My favorite fitness programs have been P90X and Insanity and I have gone for seconds on each. I've also educated myself on healthy dieting and "healthier" dieting.
Healthier dieting is for all of us normal Joes and Jills out there who are always on the go and can't always prepare a grilled chicken breast on the go. For all of you looking to lose weight and look great, but don't have the time or a personal chef, I have some great advice on where to cut the calories and how to speed up your metabolism and curb your hunger. Follow my simple advice and I will have you burning the goo off and losing weight in no time!
I lost 23 pounds with a combination of Insanity, eating sensibly and surrounding myself with fitness-oriented people, who supported my healthy lifestyle. Trust me, if you work hard and smart, you will see and FEEL the results, as well.
Since my college days, I've been in every aspect of fitness from beach muscles, to bulking up with protein shakes, egg whites and chicken--to losing my motivation and having to shed the unwanted weight all over again. I've been through the ups and downs, and I will tell you that it is much easier when you're cognizant of what you're doing and what you're eating and having support.
