Martinez, CA I am mother of a 5-year-old daughter and a 3-1/2 year old son. Three years ago I decided to make a change and get fit. I struggled with baby weight and weighed 170 pounds, this after losing 30 pounds of baby weight. I started with Turbo Jam and moved on to Slim in 6, Power 90, Power 90 MS and P90X. I have also enjoyed Hip Hop Abs. Now it is time for INSANITY! I also enjoy running, something I I am mother of a 5-year-old daughter and a 3-1/2 year old son. Three years ago I decided to make a change and get fit. I struggled with baby weight and weighed 170 pounds, this after losing 30 pounds of baby weight. I started with Turbo Jam and moved on to Slim in 6, Power 90, Power 90 MS and P90X. I have also enjoyed Hip Hop Abs. Now it is time for INSANITY! I also enjoy running, something I never thought I could do. I run 10,12Ks and two half marathons this year. I have a terrific husband who supports me and also enjoys running and exercise. My kids love to do Yoga with me on our living room floor and Insanity. Sometimes I hit walls, ignore my diet, but I find my way back! The million dollar body diet helped me lose 35 pounds the first time around. Now I am going for another 15 pounds.

One day while shopping for jeans I couldn't find my size, a 14 Petite. Twice I went to the mall and had no success in finding a pair. There were tons of sizes 6 and 10 and that is when I decided I needed to get out of size 14. I began the MDB diet, the 1400 low carb express and found it was very easy. I joined the club and let the website select my workouts for the first month. This made it easy to stay on track. My two small children required most of my time so I began working out at 5:30 a.m., before they woke, and I am NOT a morning person. But it really all began when I realized that what I was doing, starving myself and not having any energy, was not working. I kept thinking of the definition of insanity, "doing the same thing and expecting a different result". I knew it was time to decide and commit and success would follow. And now I am a size 4 and weigh 20 pounds less than what is on my driver's license! Every morning I wake up, PRESS PLAY, drink the P90X Peak Recovery drink and water, and take Activit and Total Health Women's Formula. I follow the Million Dollar Meal Plan and take the Slimming Formula supplement. This program is so great that I am now a coach!! But the best feeling is when I am able to use my new strength. I am able to lift large items without breaking a sweat! I tied a 60 inch pool to the top of my Denali by myself! It was great to inspire people around me by lifting that bulky pool over my head, climbing on my tires and showing my flexibility and strength. That was not possible 9 months ago.

02/28/11 Darn winter pounds are on their way out! I've been inspired by my hubby who has been working out with Insanity and getting great results. 12/02/10 On Thanksgiving I ran a 10K and realized I wanted to strengthen my legs.
