I started this journey to get healthy for my family and so I wouldn’t feel like I had to keep a shirt on when going to the pool. Then I experienced the Beach Body Products and felt the changes that it has made. Now I am a coach and this has been one of the great experiences that I have ever had. The stuff I have learned in helping other has been great.

I started out at 160 pounds dropping 10 pounds in about a year but I couldn't lose any more. I ran and I lifted but nothing seem to work. My 35th birthday came and I decide that it was time to make and change. I was hopeful but really didn't think that I would see the changes like they have on TV. I struggled at first as this is a true workout but I kept with it got my diet inline and now I weigh less than I have since being married I have more energy.

Best exercise choose I could have made. Thanks Beach Body and thanks to my team!!!
