I've followed a healthy diet for over a year now. I have done P90x workouts, now my next step is Turbofire! I am kicking off this work out with the 5 day inferno!! The word "can't" is not in my vocabulary. Especially with my coach and team members!

I'm on day three of the five day inferno.. turbofire is tough to get the hang of at first but man do I feel the burn! It's a great feeling. It's only been two work outs (on my third one today) and I can already feel my abs and butt getting tighter along with muscles building in my upper arms and legs. I have to thank Coachryanr for pushing me yesterday.. Got to have that support!!!
