At one time I was 5 pounds shy of 300. Then I began exercising. I lost 5 pounds and over time became one of the fittest fat guys out there. Understanding just how many calories I was consuming was the key to becoming healthier. The first advice I give anybody is to get a handle on that number. Everyone will see results if they exercise a little and watch what they eat. To become healthy one must begin the learning process of nutrition and how it applies to you.

That's what I love about Beach Body. Each program gives us both sets of tools - nutrition guides and exercise programs and we have access to Shakeology.

Applying the exercise programs, nutrition guides, and Shakeology to my life I am not 5 but 50 pounds shy of 300 and looking for to lose even more.
