Thanks to Team Beachbody, my life has totally changed for the better! I love my new addiction to fitness and healthy eating, and I love having the opportunity as a Team Beachbody coach to help others reach their goals, too!!!

To be successful as a TBB coach, you don't need to be a personal trainer. However, I enjoy this so much that I've decided to pursue my NSCA-CPT certification, and I am currently studying for the exam as well as gaining practical experience leading small group workouts.

Following are my status updates, with the most recent updates toward the top of the list:

P90X Plus & TurboFire update:
I just finished P90X Plus (the follow-on to P90X), and I'm in week 14 of TurboFire, which is 20 weeks total, and I started two weeks earlier than I started P90X+.
Since round 1 of P90X, I've lost another 13 lbs and two inches in my waist. Since starting P90X back in May of 2010, my waist size has gone from 46 to 36. Early next year I should be back to my high school waist size, but with much larger pecs, delts, biceps, triceps, quads, and calves! Oh, and the six pack that's only slightly visible now should reveal ripped abs after a couple more months of workouts!

P90X Day 90 update: (See my before-after pictures for my P90X round 1 results)
I lost a total of 40 lbs in 90 days of my first round of P90X (much more than that in fat because I've gained muscle) and 7 inches off my waist! Furthermore, my cholesterol levels are in the right range--HDL went up to 41 and LDL went down to 101--and my total cholesterol has gone down to 166.

End of July update (I still need to post my Day 60 pics when I get a chance):
I've now lost 37 lbs and 6" off my waist in 68 days of P90X! My wife and kids are all doing P90X now, as are a couple of my friends, and my brother is starting 10-minute trainer. I really enjoy helping people, and it keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself, too.

My transformation is well on it's way. At the end of week six, I have lost 4" in my waist, enlarged my chest and biceps, and I have lost 25 lbs. so far. Another sub-goal was to be able to do all of the exercises in all of the routines, and I'm finally able to do that.
No other diet and/or workout program has ever been as good for me as P90-X, and if that's not enough, two of my kids want to start P90-X this week, including the part about eating right!
