Been physically active my entire life(H.S. football, Army Ranger, running and weights). The last few years the metabolism had caught up with me and I had gotten a little soft around the middle.

As of 3/5/2013, I have completed two rounds of P90X, two rounds of Insanity, one round if P90X2, one round of P90X3, Body Beast, Focus T25 and a few homemade hybrids of them all. Definitely saw the results in the waist, hips and overall muscle tone. I've dropped 18 lbs and 13% BF, and 5 inches in waist and hips. I've got the V I have not had in years.

Looking forward to the next Round of whatever.
