As of 9/29/2012, I have completed two rounds of P90X, two rounds of Insanity, one round if P90X2, and a few homemade hybrids of them all. Definitely saw the results in the waist, hips and overall muscle tone. I've dropped 18 lbs and 13% BF, and 5 inches in waist and hips. I've got the V I have not had in years.

Just started Body Beast hoping to pack on some meat for the cold winter ahead.

Looking forward to the next Round of whatever.
