As for myself and my passion for fitness, it all started when I was young. Fitness has always been in my family's genes. My mom taught aerobics classes for years when I was young and my dad was continually staying active with different sports leagues. This helped to shape my desires to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Since then I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Applied Health with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. Over the past year and a half I have been working as a Personal Trainer and preparing to go back to grad school. I love the opportunity to train and coach because I am able to support others trying to get fit, and be a part of their success story. And that is exactly what Team Beachbody is all about, and also why this program will be successful for you.
