I am married to a wonderful man and have two awesome kids. I have been a part of this fine community for a short period of time; however, I see this as a chance to improved my health and fitness with help and motivation and to continue to striving for the best health I've ever been in.
After having two kids, 14 hour work days and helping my husband with his business our health has taken a back seat and now realize the importance of eating healthy and becoming more physically fit. In short, I want to be around to see my son and daughter grow up and have a family of their own. Now that's motivation.

Now as a MILLION DOLLAR BODY COACH I have the unique opportunity to not only pass on the message of health and fitness but also the GREAT OPPORTUNITY being a coach here at MDB can offer.
