Growing up as an asthmatic, I wasn’t’ incredibly active as a kid. As I hit my teen years, I started to struggle with my weight. I yo-yo dieted which gave me mixed results. I started working out after my first child was born, but didn’t take it seriously for at least 10 years. I remember the day I received a picture that was taken at my girlfriend’s wedding. I yo-yo dieted which gave me mixed results. I started working out after my first child was born, but didn’t take it seriously for at least 10 years. I remember the day I received a picture that was taken at my girlfriend’s wedding. I absolutely hated it! That was what I looked like? There’s NO way I could spend the rest of my life looking like that!! I was desperate to change! I went to the gym, changed my eating habits (mostly) and slowly got my act together.
Believe it or not, I challenged myself to become a Group X Instructor. I fell in love with Step, but one day, 2 ½ years ago, I broke my foot and my Step days were over in a flash! Again, out of desperation, I needed something to fill the void! I tried Turbo and was hooked from the start!
It has completely changed my life!! I have become healthier, happier and lost weight too! The most important thing is that I’ve gained confidence! I want to help others find a passion for healthy living and exercise. Working out and eating better doesn’t have to be dull and boring! You can have the time of your life each and every time you workout. You can find incredible foods to eat that feed your body the things it needs!
I am SO EXCITED! I’m not finished by any stretch of the imagination, but I’m growing and changing spiritually, physically, and emotionally day by day! I want to walk alongside you and be your support as we travel this fitness journey together!!

So far, I’ve lost 10 lbs and counting! I’m excited to workout now and love finding new ways to eat healthy. I don’t have an ideal weight loss “goal”, like an exact number! All I know is that I love having more energy and feeling better about how I look! I’ll take that over a donut, any day!
