More statistics| CoachKevinT This program is exactly what I have been looking for. I am 47 years old and have always been in better than average shape. Working out on a regular basis, taking supplements and watching what I eat. This year I decided to take my fitness to another level. Basically get ripped. I have always been able to bulk up but have never achieved a lean body characterized by the ever elusive “6-pack”. My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
