I have spent the last four years living in Switzerland and working at two different international schools. I am now back in the USA with the goal of loving my body, not only because it allows me to do the things that I want to do but also because it looks great. I also want to use my experience and my love of coaching high school athletes to support a team of adults looking to improve their fitness.

Please join me on this adventure as I am always looking for company. I finished P90X-Lean and have started the classic version. I am more motivated than I have been before after becoming part of a beachbody team and emailing regularly with members on teambeachbody.com. Because of them, I have decided to add Shakeology to my fitness program and to become a coach to help others with accountability as well as motivating others to get super sonic X fit:)
