Please join me on this adventure as I am always looking for company. I have finished P90X, Turbofire, and Insanity and I am now going to focus on a P90X/running hybrid while training for a half marathon.

For all of you who want to be fitter and want a body you can be confident and proud of, backed by the most sought after home fitness workouts and a person who has made the mental and physical transformation herself, to address the need for prioritizing your health since I understand how easy it is to be consumed by the daily sacrifice you make to raise a healthy family, build a successful career, and serve those in your community.
