I believe that some your stories are is very similar to mine. I have always been and big girl. Referred to as big boned,or thick. In College I was a dancer and very active. I damaged my knees and back, then used every excuse after college not to workout. I then gained a tremendous amount of weight! Then I got too busy for anything. What can we say life happens? But now it’s time to get real.
