My name is Laura Pelayo. I am a 54 year old wife and mother. As a baby boomer I didn't want to be one of those women I see so much of these days, fat, out of shape, and looking much older then they really are.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and to date, have kept my New Years Resolution to get in the best shape of my life! I'm not done yet!
