I am a 34 year old woman. I am married and a stay at home mom. I have a 7 year old little girl that just finished first grade. I have been married for 16 years to my high school sweetheart. Over the years I had slowly gained a bit of weight. I decided it was time for that to change and I want my cute body back. So here I am!!

UPDATE- So far I have lost 43 lbs. and went from size 14-16 to 4-6. I

I started with the Yoga Booty Ballet set. I really liked the dance part because I used to dance when I was younger. Then I added extra cardio and a little strenght training. I watch what I eat and just try to eat better than before. the combo of these things has worked pretty well for me so thats pretty much what I do. I have added a few other workout dvds to the mix and now that its warm I swim some as well.

UPDATE- The above was from last year. I had a goal to wear my bikini when we went to Jamaica. So like so many people I got there and then when the summer was over I got lazy and stop working out and started pushing it with the diet. I then gained around 15 pounds back. Now I am glad to say that I am on a mission to be healthy and stay that way!!! I have started back with my Beachbody programs and I am so excited. I am back down to 143 now and well on my way to my goal. We all have our ups and downs but the important thing is that we stick to it and get back on track.
