As a kid, I was very much into all kinds of sports from running, baseball, soccer, football etc. When I made my way into college and was working a full time job, that all pretty much stopped. I gained a pretty significant amount of weight, and at my maximum, weighed 267 pounds.

I knew I had enough when I would walk up a set of 10 steps and lose my breath and start seeing stars. On top of that, I knew I wanted to be a law enforcement officer, and being overweight wasn't going to help me with that. My life would depend on my physical fitness level.
I spent the next few years working out, running, and eating right. I took classes both at my college and online to learn as much as I could. I was down to around 190 pounds. I ended up graduating from college, getting a law enforcement job, and continued to eat well and exercise. I then moved on to helping train dozens of friends and family members, and helping hundreds more online. Above all this is what I love to do.
But I still wasn't satisfied. Being a heavy gym rat, I was originally a non-believer of the "home workout" routines. I was just sure that if I moved on to that, I would lose everything I had worked the last decade to achieve.
Well, child #1, and then child #2 came. Not as much time to go to the gym. I worked so hard at the gym, but still had that "Skinny Fat" thing going on. I decided to give it a try and I purchased the workout program that would change my life.... P90X.
90 days later, I had completed my program, and boy was there a change. Since then, I have completed Insanity, P90X2 and am moving on to Asylum 1 a& 2. I look and feel better than I've felt in my adult life.... and I owe it all too giving Beachbody a try.
My coach was such a big part of helping me out during my routine, that I wanted to do the same for others. Having a great coach is critical with your success. If you don't have a responsive coach, you need to find one that is... and thats what I did.
I decided I wanted to pass on this newly found knowledge to other people that needed help, so I decided to sign up as a Beachbody coach.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me anytime. If you are interested in having me be your coach, or even interested in being a coach yourself, please let me know. Thanks for reading a little about me and remember, keep pushing play.

I went from an overweight 267 pound man, having trouble breathing, to a slimmer 200 pound man. I did this through research about nutrition and fitness, and by taking various college and online classes. I Reached a plateau and needed something else. I was a gym rat and non-believer of home workouts. Now, I BELIEVE! P90X helped me succeed. I didn’t realize that this program would do so much for me. I've never been in this good shape, and can actually go to the beach or pool without feeling uncomfortable. Thanks Beachbody!
Now, I want to pass on my experiences and knowledge to others and have become a Beachbody coach with a fantastic up line of coaches, Team Engage. Please feel free to ask me anything, if I don't know, I will find the answer!
