Before starting Beachbody workouts, I was 230lbs. I had a gym membership and lifted weights but I was still out of shape. I ate horribly and ate too much. I decided to give P90X a try because I was tired of being fat and what I was doing, wasn't working. I decided to make the investment in the equipment needed and start my adventure. I fell in love with the workouts. A great mix of weight training, body weight training, and cardio is what I needed. I looked forward to pushing play. I was noticing the fat starting to come off and I was getting stronger. My effort starting paying dividends. That doesn't go without saying that I had hiccups and bumps in the road during my P90X journey. I didn't totally dial in my nutrition and caloric intake. There were times that I cheated on food or missed a workout. Those types of things hurt my progress and set me back. As someone who gains weight easily (endomorph) I couldn't afford to be eating junk and not working out. I also wasn't charting my progress, my weight, my body fat, or taking before and after photos. I just went straight into it. Those are decisions I later regret and wish I could do over. I got back on track, ate right, ate enough, and did my best. At the end of the 90 days, I came down to 185 and about 12-13% Body fat. I am continuing to improve each day and have really focused on my nutrition. 80% of your results come from nutrition and how well you feed your body. It took me a long time to learn and I want you to learn from mistakes. I want to teach you what it takes to succeed. I want to help you learn about yourself and body. Remember, fitness is a life long journey. Let me help you master your nutrition and metabolism and motivate you to get RIPPED.
