More statistics| CoachMax La Vernia, TX I started really working out hard about four years ago. I had always been in good shape but had no muscle or never really showed the signs of working out. In the past two to three years I have put on muscle and started to gain more weight. My regular workout schedule was going to the gym once per day and some days twice a day with shorter workouts.
