I started really working out hard about four years ago. I had always been in good
shape but had no muscle or never really showed the signs of working out. In
the past two to three years I have put on muscle and started to gain more
weight. My regular workout schedule was going to the gym once per day and
some days twice a day with shorter workouts.

Well...it has been 15 days (2 weeks). I have been following the diet and
following P90X. I can not believe the weight I have lost and how my body is
changing. I have been working at More ...
Well...it has been 15 days (2 weeks). I have been following the diet and
following P90X. I can not believe the weight I have lost and how my body is
changing. I have been working at attempting to lose weight for the past 6
months. I have lost more weight in the past 2 weeks than the past six
months.

The diet plan is GREAT! I have not eaten this well in...well, I guess never. I
have been cooking and making all of my meals, and it is even fun!

The workouts are just the best. I keep telling myself just keep pushing play
and try to stay up. Some days, I don't do as well as others, due to my
arthritis, so my toes and feet do not always want to work well, but the days
they do not hurt, I push it as hard as I can.

I feel great, oh....did I say, I don't have to hide the way my dress shirts bulge
at the buttons with my tie any more. The top button on my shirts now all can
close and they all button on the first try and it does not take several minutes
anymore to fight to get my top button closed.

I am looking forward to the next 2 weeks!!!!
