I started on 05-22-12. My pecks have lost most of its muscle over the years. Arms are tight "kind of" but not big like i want them. My gut? Well, lets just say its gross. NOT FOR LONG. I drank 10 to 12 cokes a day for many many years. I NEVER drank anything else other than cokes. After one week, i have cut it down a lot. I had 1/4 of a coke today. I work 14 hour days and drive 57 miles one way to work and back. So time is very valuble. "cant spell it seems" lol. I finally made up my mind i want to feel better, work beter, move better (wink wink) and here i am. PUSHING PLAY!!!! i LOST 4 LBS THIS WEEK ALONE. No more cokes. portion control on food, lots of water.
UPDATE: 07-03-12. Just started week 7. has not been easy but well worth it. I think the first 5 to 6 weeks is the hardest. This is when you have gotten past the daily routine of actually pushing play and eating right. Eating right is 75 - 90% of this whole thing. If you are still eating junk everyday then you may not get the results you want. I am the worst about eating right. But for over 4 weeks strong now i have ate great foods and fel great, getting great results and this motivates me to work harder. Im half way done and looking forward to finishing the 90 days. Im already planning my next phase. I think i'll do the p90x classic again, then maybe Insanity. I hear a lot of good things about Insanity. KEEP PUSHING PLAY!!!!! i HAVE GONE FROM 185 TO 178 IS JUST 6 WEEKS, ARMS ARE GETTING BIGGER, STOMACH IS GETTING FLATTER.

It is now 10-09-12. I am a Beach Body Coach. And although I'm still considered new at coaching I care aboutt hose I coach. I take coaching VERY seriously and if I dont have the answer to the issue I know someone who does and will do whatever it takes to get people the help/answers they need. I chose to coach for two reason, to help others, and to stay on track to reach my own goals. I only wish I would have done this years ago. I have learned that diet is everything. I have always eatin the worst foods. I drank Cokes everyday all day. 12 to 13 a day. I havent had a Coke since 05-25-12. Not one. I am still trying to find menu choices that will fit me.
