For years I’ve struggled with my weight. I tried just about everything to lose weight and keep it off, Weight Watchers, Alli, Slimfast, etc. I was a constant yo-yo dieter, gaining and losing weight for over 10 years.

After reaching my highest weight of 185 lbs, my sister introduced me to Power 90. I started in July of 2010. I saw results almost immediately, felt stronger and more energetic.
