I have had weight problems my whole life but never to the degree I am at now. I was smoking, drinking alcohol, eating wrong, and not exercising at all. I was an athlete at one point in my life as a football player and wrestler but I injured my lower spine which did not instill confidence in me to continue my athletic lifestyle. Well today was crazy busy just one thing after the other. Got to get my workout in before company comes tomorrow and then got alot of planning to do. Keep pushing it!!

Well Plyocardio curcuit just kicked my butt really bad and now im gonna eat a tuna fish salad and some recovery drink whhop kicking but down 8 lbs. More ...

Day 8 of Insanity just kicked my butt, literally by the end of the workout I was on my floor in a pool of sweat ahhh working hard.
