I understand the workouts and more importantly, I understand the nutritional discipline necessary to achieve goals. I have been a vegetarian for 18 years and found that P90X allowed me to continue my eating habits while incorporating the meal plan diet layed out in the diet guide. P90X has not only changed my body and eating habits it has become my life. It will be my mission to assist you in achieving your goals.
