While fairly active, I have spent most of my adult life somewhere between 25 and 60 pounds overweight; peaking at 230 pounds around 2006. With 40 years old right around the corner, I started looking to kick my conditioning into a new gear and see if I could sport some six pack abs; which I've never had. **Update - I believe I have accomplished this!**

I started P90X in September and finished it up December 8th, 2012. During that round I lost 20 pounds going from 207 to 187.
