A few years ago I weighed 220lbs. I didnt exercise much and was pretty miserable. Me and a few other overweight men challenged each other to lose some weight. Over a three month period, I brought my weight down to 175lbs by eating right and exercising 5 days a week. Since I began running, I have competed in several races including a Marathon. I now weigh 196lbs and my goal is to get back down to 185lbs (175lbs was too skinny for me. With the supplements and fitness equipment offered by Beachbody, I plan on being in top shape in the next 60 days!
