For starters my name is Michael my experience in health and fitness go as far back as high school.From 2000 to 2004,I competed on the amateur bodybuilding circuit while working as a personal trainer.Since then I've moved on to other professions while still keeping my interest into staying fit and periodically helping others to live a healthy lifestyle.
