My transformation story/goal is simple, have a healthy life style and a body to be proud of. I lost 30 pounds in my first 90 days of P90X and was so pleased with the results! I was in a maintenance for a couple of months and now I'm looking to bring back the intensity for another 90 day run. I currently weigh 205 and I'm looking to get down to about 185 or some weight that shows off my abs, since I do ab ripper and just abs with Tony several times a week I figure it's time to get to a weight that will showcase all my hard work :)
