I'm a software developer in Washington DC. I've always been fairly athletic, and I ran Track and Cross Country in high school. After college, though, I got married, got a desk job, and got sedentary. I was tired of getting winded making just one sprint around the softball field, so I did something about it!

I've completed two rounds of P90X and it has changed my life. I'm now doing P90X2! I'm in the best shape I've ever been, and I've become a Coach to help bring this success to others!

My goals are to increase endurance and energy, reduce my waist-line, and build a little muscle (I'm not trying to get ripped like Tony).
I ran Track and Cross Country in high school, which kicked my butt into great shape. I got lazy in college and let that reservoir of fitness I built in high school carry me through. Now, I'm playing softball, and I almost require oxygen after making one sprint around the bases. I'm tired of it!
I've tried NordicTrac and a recumbent bike, but I'm not disciplined enough to stick with them. I need the structure of P90X, and the challenge, to get my butt in gear.
