Hi! Thanks for taking a look at my web page. I'll tell you a little something personal about me first. I was a single parent for 8 years. Being a single parent includes taking on full responsibilities of full time employment and full time parenting. I am recently engaged and suddenly I have a family of 5! Because of my responsibilities I face challenges to take care of myself, stay fit and healthy. I've learned that though our children come first they can not grow mentally, physically or spiritually without good guidance from their parents. We have to be strong, mentally, spiritually, and physically to keep up with them and show them a positive life style. This goes for all parents with children. I know both sides of life with kids as a single parent and as a large family. Life is busy and sometimes it feels as though there is not much time for anything else but the house and the kids. I have the tools now for a balanced life and I want to share them with you.

Experience in health & fitness: I possess a wide-ranging, active, professional training experience in health and wellness programs with enthusiasm and commitment to achieve results. After dancing for 10 years, working out regularly, and staying healthy, I fell
into the world of instructing group classes. I am teaching strength endurance training, Bosu circuit, Lift, Power
Abs and conducting Circuit Boot Camps. It is a perfect way to combine my love for teaching and training! (this is my other job)
