Hi, my name is Sandy, 32 years old, mother of 3 boys (ages 4 years, 2 years and 7 months). I try to keep an active lifestyle and keep fit, primarily to keep up with my boys and but also to avoid getting injured in my "weekend warrior" soccer games. I am going through the same struggles most working mothers experience. And I definitely don't come close to eating "perfect" I believe Million Dollar Body offers the products that help maintain my fitness. As a collegiate soccer player, I was able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. After becoming pregnant with my eldest sone, I quickly put on the pounds "eating for two." I More ...
As a collegiate soccer player, I was able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. After becoming pregnant with my eldest sone, I quickly put on the pounds "eating for two." I lost most of the weight I had gained from my first child, except for the last 5 pounds. Then I got pregnant again with son #2. To make a long story short, for the past 5 years I have either been pregnant or recovering from a pregnancy. I did not recognize my body. I started a new job at the begining of this year at a local school. Hopefully, with the weight room, gymnasium, track and swimming pool facilities, I can maintain my weight and reach my target of a 26-inch waist! My progress was hampered at the end of last year when my worst fear of injury occured during a soccer game. I've recuperated enough to jog (very slowly) and are able to swim, bike and do some vidoes. When I attempt the "tougher" videos, I make modifications to put less strain on my knees. I've noticed a slight difference in muscle tone so hopefully the progress I've seen to date will continue.
